Medical history: We’ll inquire into your medical history, including past dental treatments, existing medical conditions, current medications, etc. This information allows us to personalize your treatment for optimal safety and comfort. We’ll also take the time to listen to you. No question is too small— ask us anything, and we’ll provide the answers you need. We aim to empower you to take control of your journey toward a healthy smile.
New patient dental exam: Our dental team will comprehensively examine your teeth and gums for signs of gum disease, decay, oral cancer, failing dental restorations, and other issues. An oral exam allows the dentist to detect and treat oral problems that may have escaped your notice at home.
Dental X-rays: Do you have dental X-rays taken within the past six months? You can bring them during your visit. However, don’t worry if you don’t have them. Our office takes high-quality digital radiographs to better view the oral structures beneath the gum line. Digital X-rays create a baseline record of your oral health. This is essential for monitoring changes over time and tracking the progression of any conditions.
Dental cleaning: We’ll professionally clean your teeth to remove plaque and tartar in areas your toothbrush doesn’t reach. We complete your cleaning by polishing your teeth with gritty toothpaste for a glossy, smooth finish.
